As part of organisational membership, Partners receive an allocation of Tailored Support days per year to be used in a number of ways. 

To book Tailored Support or order additional commissioned work, speak to your Account Manager, who will work with you to identify which option would best meet your organisational needs.

Non-members can also commission this work. Please contact ask@ripfa.org.uk to discuss with a member of our team.

Menu workshops

A full range of existing workshops ready to be delivered in your workplace to your teams. View the catalogue of workshops.

Bespoke workshops

If you require workshops on a topic not listed in our menu range, we can develop a tailored workshop to meet your needs. As a guide, a one-day tailored workshop would use two days of tailored support allocation (one for development and one for delivery).

Strategy development

We work with organisations to help them develop and implement an evidence-informed practice strategy that acts as a framework for practice, supervision, and commissioning. We also provide support to organisations wishing to evaluate the impact of their evidence-informed practice strategy.

Evidence scopes

An evidence scope is a broad overview of research and evidence on a specific topic or area of practice. We can provide a comprehensive report that summarises existing research and literature on a chosen area of interest. The summary report will explore what the policy context is and what’s important about it for the topic being researched, provide an overview of current findings, draw out practice learning and highlight practice implications.

Evaluation services: measuring impact and demonstrating value

We can provide tailored evaluation support to help your organisation measure the impact of programmes, initiatives and services. This can be provided in a number of ways:

  • Workshops to build capacity in identifying measurable outcomes and evaluation planning.
  • Expert advice in developing strategies and frameworks.
  • Development of tools to support data collection activities.

Knowledge exchange

We draw on evidence to identify key questions, recruit participants, facilitate a knowledge exchange meeting and write up the findings on a topic of your choice.

Case study: Central Bedfordshire

‘We required independent review of our proposed new Quality Framework. RiPfA assisted with scrutiny and comment on the draft framework, its intentions, practical use within services and the incorporated tools and methods for assisting and supporting frontline practitioners with standards, best practice and development.
