This practical workshop is aimed at adult social care practitioners who prepare reports and give evidence in the court of protection and coroner’s court. It aims to increase practitioners’ confidence when attending court and provide the skills required to write court reports that are informed by robust research evidence and case law, and following the principles of defensible decision-making.

Aimed at: Social workers and others in adult social care who may have to attend court and their supervisors, managers or advanced practitioners who support in preparing / writing / giving evidence in court.
