Risk Enablement for positive outcomes

Tailored Support workshop (one-day session)
In this workshop, participants will:
- Increase confidence to work more effectively and positively with risk, in the context of strengths-based working
- Understand how case law can support risk enablement in practice.
- Promote the use of core professional skills to make defensible and confident decisions about risk
- Signpost to research and case law which practitioners can use to inform their practice with risk
- Create an action plan addressing the learning from the day that they will be able to use to measure how practice has changed and outcomes improved for people.
