‘Promoting the dignity and worth of people’ - what does social work mean to you?

15 March 2016

Social Work DayWorld Social Work Day 2016 focuses on promoting the dignity and worth of people. Today is an opportunity to reflect and take stock, review progress, acknowledge challenges and bring new focus to the social work journey.

To celebrate all those across the sector who are working to support adults and their families, Research in Practice for Adults is giving away five copies of the flagship publication Reimagining adult social care: Evidence Review.

For your chance to receive a copy, go to @ripfa and tell us what social work means to you, starting with ‘Social work is…’ and including the hashtag #WSWD16.

At the end of the day we will pick five responses to receive a copy of Reimagining adult social care: Evidence Review.

Go to @ripfa and share what social work means to you.
